It's a 6 month contract in Durham, NC. This is a mid level position looking
to pay around 25/hr. They are fine w/ a 3-4 year person. Please make sure
they have industry experience. They also MUST have Production Support
experience.
Client engagement for production support and implementation of business
solutions involving the CAP (Commission Allocation Programs) system - a system
that provides various programs to external clients such as Soft Dollar,
Directed Brokerage/Recapture, and Research Exchange Program. This system
allows clients to consolidate their trading with the bank while maintaining the
ability to make commission payments to multiple research providers.
Obtain knowledge, learn and adopt new technologies
Obtain knowledge and learn new businesses and functions
Contribute to the technical code and functional documentation.
JAVA/J2EE - 3+ yrs
UNIX - 3+ yrs
WebLogic - 3+ yrs
Sybase DB - 3+ yrs
3+ years experience in Production support role using the technical
skillsets identified above.
Member of Operations I/T customer service support team that provides 1st
line support for Operations business functions
Implement minor local fixes, enhancements, or reporting requests for
Operations business according to given specifications
