BSA /Data Mgmt Functional Responsibilities: Individual is responsible for administering a catalog of data elements, types, locations, descriptions, etc of the various data files involved in the payroll compensation systems including updating the catalog as needed. Administering the master copies of the data in a separate region that is synchronized with the data catalogs and is suitable for the base data used in SIT and CAT. Administering the periodic refresh of the Master data from production and the subsequent refresh of the SIT and CAT environments. Preparing new test data that may not have previously existed in support of requirements of SIT and CAT Skillset Requirements: 1) Experience designing and building a framework to load, refresh and distribute multiple copies of data used to source system integration and customer acceptance testing across multiple applications and multiple organizations. 2) Experience designing, building and maintaining a catalog / datastore holding the data properties associated with HR / Payroll data used in SIT and CAT testing. 3) Understanding of HR (Human Resource) and Payroll data elements and their associations / dependencies. 4) Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate data retrieval among multiple individuals / organizations across multiple applications for distinct frames of time. 5) Ability to resolve errors and reconcile data differences or inconsistencies arising due to updates or a refresh of data. 6) Ability to recommend changes, design modifications and modify data modeling processes resulting from a changing business process. 7) Ability to facilitate group meetings and walk-through sessions with customers, information systems professionals and customer acceptance testers.
