*Position Title:* ERP Configurer / Analyst - FICO
*Skills Required:*

*Job Description:*
- Liaison with the development and business teams to discuss, design and
configure robust/efficient solutions
- Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional
teams
- Create, execute and document configurations based on the functional
specifications
- Test and support of complex configuration solutions to meet
requirements
- Document every step according to the M-DCPS project adopted standards
- Build configurations in FI modules AP, AR, GM and FM according to
M-DCPS business requirements.
- Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new configurations
and process for M-DCPS
- Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP
functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP
- Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and
improvements where possible
- Identify needs for application configuration, specify requirements and
review data requirements with Development team
- Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and
applications
- Analyze and develop Workflow assigned objects
- Assist and coordinate with M-DCPS Applications Development offshore
additional developers
- Receive and resolve configuration defects and/or change requests
- Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is
delivered
- Report delays and risks to team leads
- Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan
- Adhere to ERP PMO project standards
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience as an SAP Techno-Functional
analyst/configuration analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end)
SAP implementation. (FI/CO, GM, FM, AP or AR)
- Solid SAP configuration experience in both ECC and Netweaver platforms
- Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0
- Solid Financial Process Background
- K-12 experience
- Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus
- SAP development experience a plus (User Exits, Workflows, etc.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP
Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable
- Experience in the Public Sector is strongly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to write detailed technical specifications
- Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions
- Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate
effectively
- Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise
to a variety of business and technical partners
