Let me know if you have any one for the following position immediately......... *Location:* *Austin, TX* *Duration* *3+ mos* *Position Cl* *06/24/2009* *Interview / Selection* *Phone Screen* *Rate* *$ Open/hr* *Position Title: Sr. Solaris Admin with VMWare experience* *Job Details:* *Technical Skills and Experience:* *The duties of the Developer will include, but are not limited to, performing the tasks listed below: Must have at least 7+ years of experience.* As part of HHSC initiatives, the worker will work on the following architecture activities on an ongoing basis: - Analyze multi-tier web application architecture and develop logical and physical deployment architecture blueprint factoring in reliability, scalability, security and performance requirements - Benchmark different hardware platforms (SUN, LINUX, Windows) from a performance and throughput perspective for a set of business application transaction types with certain response times - Analyze the evolution of hardware platform based on Moore's law and benchmark capacity and performance - Analyze and design hardware virtualization solutions/options to support transaction volume and response time requirements while meeting operational flexibility requirements. - Analyze hardware architecture configurations and develop hardware architecture blueprint while developing a roadmap for staged maturity. Develop and execute performance fine tuning methods/solutions to optimize hardware architecture utilization while meeting business transaction volume and response time requirements.
