Face to Face is Must Position: Business Analyst/Project Manager with GRC Exp. Location: Minneapolis, MN. Duration: 6 Months Rate: $40-42/hr 6 months, Minneapolis, MN. Rate is 40-42 Quick Overview of Business Analyst: This role will need to be cross functional - working on project initiatives while interfacing with Vendor Development Team, TGT Infrastructure Teams, client end users, and key project team members. The BA will report directly to the GRC Project Lead. This position is responsible for managing projects within a large scale and aggressive GRC implementation. They will drive sub-projects related to implementation within the three releases. "Experience with full life cycle of system implementations (preferably GRC implementations) "Work with the client project sponsors to deliver GRC implementation from start to finish. Provide understanding of mapping of the solutions to the functional requirements of each business client. Apply best practices to design a total solution. "Document key project related documentation (functional designs, data sources, test plans, scope changes, etc.) "Drive the implementation project effort from design, build, test, to deployment. Facilitate project related meetings as necessary. "Experience working with how the client's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented. "Strong understanding of the risk control processes including IT general controls, testing plans, testing execution in an integration testing environment and control remediation. "Proven Project Lead/Management experience. Ability to independently lead and execute against assigned deliverables with limited supervision. "Excellent written and verbal communication. "Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity "Ability to think critically to understand project goals and objectives while taking into account key concerns of impacted stakeholders. Must be able to navigate through these situations.
