Should be a US Citizen or GC holder, and possess excellent communication skills. . Experience with Oracle Spatial database. . Working knowledge of spatial concepts. . Experience with Oracle Topology data model and APIs. . Experience with Oracle MapViewer, Topology Manager a plus. . Prior geo-spatial development (oracle, google, esri etc...) experience is a plus.
