Owning production support efforts and working with team members in large system application projects. b.. Designing, developing, and testing enhancements of reporting applications in adherence to standards and methodology. c.. Completing production support service requests, troubleshooting issues and batch support to ensure high levels of application availability and accuracy. d.. Ensuring high reporting application availability and accuracy as well as oversight of customer service requests. e.. Contributing to a successful team culture. Qualifications: a.. Application development and/or software implementation experience - 2-5 yrs b.. Experience in VBA, SQL and Data Analysis - 2 yrs c.. Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Planning applications. - 2-5 yrs d.. Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Visio) - Proficient Assets: Experience in business intelligence, analytic reporting and data warehousing environment.
