Our client has a need for a WebSphere Message Broker to work an 18 month contract plus potential extensions in their New York facility. The WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) developer will be part of the implementation team providing expert knowledge and hands on development skills as needed to implement Messaging, transformation and routing. Required Skills: * 10 + years of progressive IT industry experience * Minimum 5 years of experience with WebSphere Message Broker (WMB 6.1+) development * Any experience with WSRR, Rational HATS and related products will be a strong plus * Must have hands on experience with software development lifecycle, object-oriented analysis and design, high competency in Java application design and development * Must have a firm understanding of concepts and technologies such as SOA, Messaging, Transformation Engines, Web Services, and Data Integration techniques * Experienced in J2EE (EJB, JCA, JTA, etc.), Web Services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL etc), JMS, WMQ, ESQL * Experience developing .NET based services and MSMQ will be strong plus * Must be able to present architectural solutions as visual models in the form of diagrams, charts, and graphs If you have any qualified candidates, please forward their resumes along with rates and contact information.
