Assist M-DCPS staff with solution management and architecture b.. Assist M-DCPS staff with strategic objectives within the ERP implementation c.. Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams d.. Evaluate and make recommendations on overall implementation strategies e.. Provide guidance and support during the course of integration between legacy M-DCPS systems and the selected ERP system f.. Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process for M-DCPS g.. Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP h.. Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with functional development team i.. Assist M-DCPS staff with defining overall enterprise and solutions architecture j.. Adhere to ERP PMO standards, including updating progress, delays, and risk on project plan Skills/Experience: a.. At least 5 Years Implementation or Solutions Architect Experience b.. At least 5 years ERP Implementation Experience, 3 Years minimum within the SAP product(s) c.. At least 8 Years overall IT/IS experience d.. Strong Project Management or Implementation Management experience e.. Formal Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE II, etc.) highly desirable f.. Experience with Integration of ERP systems to multiple legacy systems g.. Experience in the Public Sector desirable, K-12 experience preferred h.. Skills in SAP FI/CO modules required, HCM module and Functional SAP experience a plus (Configuration, etc) i.. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable j.. Strong analytical and problem solving skills k.. Ability to write detailed technical specifications l.. Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions m.. Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively n.. Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively o.. Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners p..
