VB.Net Analyst/ Developer (Lead ). * *Location: South Central, Michigan. Duration: 3+ MONTHS (see below). BILL Rate : $40/hour.* The effort will last from mid August through early November at which point the client will start using the system. The team will then be reassembled for 1 – 2 weeks in mid January, 2010 to correct any issues identified. Possible scope changes may expand the duration of these assignments. The system in question is intended to support compliance with new Medicare reporting regulations. It has been partially completed but was, then, put on hold as the regulations had not yet been finalized. Thus, team members will be expected to pick up existing code and documentation, modify as necessary and finish construction of the system. Requirements: Multiple years of experience designing, developing and deploying VB.NET<http://vb.net/> programs (desktop, not web-based). SQL Server 2005 or higher experience. Ability to work with a variety of file formats/structures. Ability to research problems and provide solutions Ability to develop and document program designs Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to quickly come up to speed & stay on task Commitment to target dates Self-starter, highly motivated individual; team player who can adapt to changes in client requirements Will ensure project meets business objectives and timeline Highly customer focused BS Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or related business discipline.
