User and Production support globally for Treasury & Banking systems. b.. Responding to user queries for all aspects of the system and related data. c.. Monitoring of systems for performance and stability and reporting / escalating to next level. d.. Research and resolution for problems relating to trade feeds, messaging links and data reports. e.. Liaise with other technical areas to address technical as well as functional issues and report / escalate to next level. f.. Coding & Maintaining Support related Utilities. g.. System support will encompass a wide range of technologies for small-to-mid size applications. The Post Trade Technology is responsible for developing support utilities, maintaining and supporting all Treasury and Banking related systems. These include: a.. Trade interface applications that captures executed trades into Back Office applications b.. Settlement Systems like Clearance & Settlements which track trade settlements and interact with various custodians and banks for stock and cash settlements. c.. Messaging systems that communicate with Clients, Custodian, Banks etc. via the SWIFT network d.. Trade Confirmation/Matching systems like CLS, Accord, FXALL, CMS, TRAM that send and manage trade confirmations to clients e.. Reconciliation tools f.. Vendor supplied applications like TRAM, Conversation Checker. The FXOPS group is responsible for supporting various Treasury and Banking related applications and systems. Responsibilities include 24x7 support coverage. Shift work will be required to cover Singapore / Europe / New York hours and on public holidays. Occasional weekend work will be required. Overseas Travel to other locations of Credit Suisse will be required for any official training / support related work. PART II - CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION Essential Desirable Minimum 3 years IT Experience Minimum 1 years in Financial Institution Experience of User and Production support on small-large-range applications, serving a significant user base. Experience of any Production support tools / Incidents management tools 5 years IT Experience 2 years experience in a Financial Institution. 1 Years in user and production support.
