ACCOUNTABILITIES: This person will be tasked with taking a lead role on the development team. This will be accomplished by: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: · .NET Framework – This is the core plumbing behind .NET development, and an overall understanding of the .NET Framework is critical. · ASP.NET – This is the web development model, part of the .NET Framework, that this individual must have experience with. · VB.NET / C# – This individual should have 5+ years of experience programming in Visual Basic .NET and/or C#. · SQL Server Development / TSQL – This individual must have an understanding of the basics of data modeling, tables, views, and stored procedures to be able to perform all his/her duties as a developer. · Analysis Services Development / OLAP / MDX – Exposure to Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) methodologies, including fact tables, dimensions, members, measures and overall OLAP database and cube generation will be important. This will also involve the generation of MDX queries to extract data from those databases and cubes. · XML / XSLT – This individual must have a solid understanding of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and what it is good for, as well as Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) that is used to interrogate and transform XML. · Communication skills will be essential, as this individual must be a ‘go-to’ for other developers, as well as other individuals involved with the project.
