Description:
Program Managers
a.. Can be either a Managed Security Person or a IDAM (Identity
Asset Management) Person. Both would be sweet/a plus. See Below.
b.. Must be quite technical! But not a GURU NERD.
c.. Able to build a significant relationship with a single
account and blow it open with many security projects. For example- we just
hired a PM who will cover CIGNA and potential other account in his/her area
region.
d.. Experiencing leading 50+ person programs
e.. Target Companies: If you're lucky - Accenture, HP, IBM
Global Services, KPMG, other key marquee name consulting

Program Manager - IDAM Security Services
Roles & Responsibilities:
a.. Manage client relationships and complete end to end knowledge
of IDAM lifecycle.
b.. Represent the project at onsite customer meetings.
c.. Define high-level plan and resourcing skills & profile.
d.. Manage relationships will all parties e.g. 3rd party vendors.
e.. Define project metrics, including business value metrics, in
conjunction with the client.
f.. Measure and monitor project progress against project metrics
and take appropriate mitigation actions based on the results.
g.. Instigate and control the (scope) change process and
socialize and administer CRs.
Role Demands:
a.. Strong knowledge and end to end know how in the areas of
Identity Management, Access Management & Single Sign on and User Provisioning.
Certifications on any IDAM Products preferred.
b.. Experience in Global delivery IDAM model - running IDAM
projects in true system integration mode.
c.. Confidence and ability to deliver our company's program
successfully within the client organization and stakeholder management.
d.. Ability to work closely with offshore delivery teams.
e.. Should have handled at-least one integrated IDAM suite
project for any product vendors and have experience in the Security Domain and
understand physical/network/application level security.
f.. Previous experience of working and interacting on project
with leading product vendors for Identity and Access Management projects
implementation will be plus.
g.. Experience of managing via Prince /MPP methodology.
h.. Experience of managing project organization structure to
deliver through the IDAM lifecycle and ability to manage project financials,
management, teams' work schedules, risk and issue mitigation, and status
reporting.

Program Manager - Infrastructure / Network Security Services
Job Responsibilities:
a.. The Program Manager will manage client relationships and
complete end to end knowledge of Infrastructure Security
b.. Represent the project at onsite customer meetings
c.. Define high-level plan, resourcing skills & profile
d.. Manage relationships will all parties
e.. Define project metrics, including business value metrics, in
conjunction with the client
f.. Measure and monitor project progress against project metrics
and take appropriate mitigation actions based on the results
g.. Instigate and control the (scope) change process and
socialize and administer CR's
Role Demands:
a.. Experience and skills in Program Management
b.. Should have played an operations lead role with a good
understanding of Antivirus, Arcsight, RSA Envision, wireless, security testing,
Firewalls , IDS, IPS, skybox, VA, PT, marimba, qualysguard, perimeter security,
etc.
c.. Should have worked on monitoring & management of IDS, VPN,
RSA, and Proxy & firewall infrastructure
d.. Very good understanding of SEIM frameworks and escalations
matrix
e.. Good experience on ITIL V3 frame work
f.. Experience in validating change requests and technical issue
resolutions
g.. Confidence and ability to deliver our client's program
successfully within the client organization and stakeholder management
h.. Ability to work closely with offshore delivery teams
i.. Physical/network/application level security
j.. Definition and establishment of useful program reports for
management
k.. Ability to review project status, identifying, prioritizing
and assigning mitigation actions as necessary
l.. Ability to manage project financials
m.. Management, teams' work schedules, risk and issue mitigation,
and status reporting
n.. Experience of managing via Prince /MPP methodology
