My client is based in Des Moines, IA and they have an immediate contract opening for a VB.NET Developer for an 8 month contract with possible extensions. The consultant will be responsible for creating a VB.NET application. The position will include gathering/analyzing business requirements, recommending solutions for development, and developing the application. This project is with a Government Client, so they are looking for the lowest possible rate. Please offer consultants at your absolute best rate, to have the highest hope of winning this contract. Experience: * Experienced in interacting with customers regarding application requirements * Proficient in ASP.NET, VB.NET, and VBScript * Must be able to read classic ASP code * Proficient in using MS SQL 2005 and in writing relational database queries using SQL * Experienced in development of structured test plans/test scripts for use in executing unit and system testing * Capable of managing the project to complete programming, testing, and implementation in a timely manner If you have any qualified candidates, please forward their resumes along with rates and contact information.
