Duration: 6+ Months Minimum Requirements: .Must have 5-7 years of business and IT experience preferably in shared services model .Excellent Communication - both verbal and written. .Proficient in standard analysis techniques such as Data flow Modeling and Object Modeling, Case Analysis, Workflow Analysis, and Functional Decomposition Analysis. .Expertise in web services development and understanding of web services technologies - XML, schema design, WSDL, SOAP, WS-* specs .Expertise in SOA Suite - BPEL, OSB, AIA FP, BAM, OWSM .Expertise in testing - HP Quality center, end to end services testing, performance testing, SOATest tool from Parasoft .Expertise in business analysis .Ability to learn new technologies quickly. .Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. .Solid experience in SDLC. .Solid Experience in Java, J2EE languages. .Solid experience in automated testing methodologies, preferably in SOA testing .Experience in implementation methodologies such as RUP .Solid experience in XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD technologies. .Good experience in XML Spy, Parasoft SOATest tool, HP Quality Center, Load Runner tools. .Solid Experience with BEA Web logic server .Solid Experience in BEA Aqua Logic Service Bus or experience with any other service bus implementations. .Experience in BEA Web Logic Integration .Experience in Oracle SOA suite products (Oracle Enterprise Service Bus, BPEL PM, Oracle Rules Engine, Oracle Web Services Manager) . Experience in Oracle AIA Foundation Pack .XML Spy, Parasoft SOATest tool, Weblogic Workshop, Eclipse Package .Oracle database experience (database design, PL/SQL experience, stored procedures) .Understanding of WS-* standards (WS-Security, WS-Policy, WS-Reliable Messaging) Preferred Requirements .Actional Service Management or any web service management solution experience .SOA design principles, governance, and standards .SOA reference architecture (event driven architecture, model driven architecture) .Service management, Service orchestration principles, and standards .Service Registry, and repository principles and standards .Design patterns (architecture patterns, J2EE patterns, ESB patterns) .Oracle Access Manager or any identity management solution experience .Experience in BPML, BPMN .Experience in Oracle Business Activity Monitor tool.
