Domain knowledge in one of the Business Areas needed for this implementation Primary Skills In depth knowledge of the following ERP Finance / Revenue modules Viz, GL (General Ledger) , AP (Account Payables), AR (Account Receivables) Deferred Revenue (Good to have) Exposure to Oracle Financials and wide business knowledge of various Financial processes Good understanding of the ERP source Data / Database schemas Proficiency in navigating through various ERP GUI screens ( Forms) Secondary ( Good to have) skills High level understanding of, Order to Cash. Viz, Booking, Shipment, Invoice and Backlog Quote and Opportunity Other mandatory skills Experience with designing and implementing generic ETL streams that perform common data manipulation tasks on data sourced from a variety of sources in different formats. Must possess strong ETL design experience. Hands on Experience while working with any third-party ETL tools would be an added advantage. Experience building Enterprise Data Warehouses. Experience providing leadership to a development team and vast experience of offshore coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can work with track leads to understand requirements and high level designs, write low level designs. Can work with minimum supervision and multi-task on a wide variety of functionality, issues, and projects.
