Prior State or City or Federal Agency Experience is Must Requirement : Position : Sr .Net - SOA Developer Location : Park Place, New York - Loacls preferred Duration : 6.5+ Months Rate : $40-45/Hr on Corp to Corp Required Skills : Mandatory Skills : · A minimum of 8 years experience in .Net/C# development for large-scale enterprise applications · Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development · Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD) · Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle · Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards · Familiar with PKI architecture and understand how server-client certificate works · Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques · Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders · Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources · Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project · Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance · Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
