Face to Face is Must (Must be GC, Citizen, EAD, OPT) PMO / PMP with Mortgage Exp St. Louis, MO WellsFargo 6 Months Rate: ALAP Responsibilities (Deliverables): 1) Coordinate weekly status reporting for the BSG Workstream including roll up of project status, issue & risk tracking, and Program dependency tracking. 2) Work with BSG PMs and Leads to ensure adherence to PMO best practices including project status, dependency, issue and risk tracking 3) Facilitate Workstream Lead in tracking Project financials and producing monthly reporting for Sponsors and leads. 4) Facilitate Workstream Lead in tracking new scope demand and scope change requests for the BSG Workstream and facilitating requests through the established Merger PMO change request processes. 4) Represent BSG workstream in Program meetings when needed. 5) Facilitate BSG Scope Assessment for merger List deliverables or activities the resource will be responsible for producing or executing Required Skillset: 1) Ability to analyze and assess business processes 2) Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the business community 3) Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality and compliance with established project standards 4) Strong Oral and written communication skills a must 5) Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
