Duration: a 6+ month contract Best Rate: 320-350/Day On W2 Here is a job that has been out for awhile and we just got off the phone w/ the manager to see where the candidates were missing the mark. This is a 6+ month contract in Durham, NC. They want to hire someone by the end of this month. Please focus on what I have listed below. Candidates MUST be strong in all these skills. MUST have a lot of experience on the resume and be able to speak about the skills in depth. Will do a phone interview and a face to face. Face to face can be done here or in NY. Rate up to 320-350/daily. MGR Notes: please focus on these a.. At least 5 years of Development experience b.. Very strong Core Java and J2ee needed c.. Strong Webservices d.. Strong Weblogic (websphere would be ok if all other skills are strong but Weblogic is preferred) e.. JMS experience using Tibco (JMS is a Must and exposure to Tibco would be ok) f.. Very strong in XML g.. Mgr likes to see candidates w/ longer contracts (a lot of short term contracts are not the best candidates) h.. Server side development vs front end developer is a preference i.. Oracle and Sybase expereince j.. Ideal candidate would have financial services experience but if they are stong on everything else, that's ok if they don't have this.
