Position Reports directly to Vice President Information Technology . Possess an in-depth knowledge of project management principles and concepts . Proven record of applying skills in a fast paced software development environment . Competent working on complex projects and has the ability to perform system analysis to determine the best approach to complete assigned projects with specific time constraints and within budget . In depth understanding of and extensive experience in managing full life cycle software development . Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform and IIS Web Server, ColdFusion MX, HTML, Java Script, VB Scripts, IBM App Scan . Experience with Internet services including HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP and SMTP . Certified Advanced Cold Fusion MX 7 Developer or higher . Experienced with PL/SQL, Oracle 8i - 10g and Microsoft SQL server environments . Project management experience with level of effort and cost estimating . Strong customer relationship/interface experience . Proven leadership experience managing software development teams of 5-7 developers . Minimum of 8-10 years directly related experience; Masters Degree preferred . Strong knowledge of MS project or another Project Management tool . PMP certification highly preferred.
