Location: NYC Duration: 3+ Months Job Description I’m looking for web developer with the following technical skills. Technical skill set: 1) JavaScript,2) Java,3) Spring,4) Hibernate,5) SQL Sometimes more important than technical skill is how well this person can work with the team. To do that I’m looking for people with 1) Understand the requirement clearly. Ask question if needed. 2) Follow scrum process. No rogue developer. 3) Develop efficiently but pay attention to detail. (We’re uncovering production defects caused by careless programming from one of our previous consultant) In the interview, we will ask some technical questions. Some of the questions will be difficult. The reason we ask these questions is because at some point in time, we had to google the answer. We’ll be surprised if the candidate can actually answer most of our questions. What we are looking for is to see if the candidate can understand our questions and ask us back. We want it to be more of a discussion instead of a question and answer type interview.
