Position: Oracle HRIS Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 Months

Best rate: $54/Hr Best

 

Must be US EAD, US perm resident, or US citizen. Need to be able to interview 
in-person so local to Atlanta or Southeast (GA, AL, TN, FL, NC, SC, KY) would 
be a plus!!

 

Job Description: 

 

Serves as a liaison between the HRIS community and the IT organization in order 
to provide technical solutions to meet user and business needs. Possesses 
in-depth expertise in one of the following Oracle HCM modules: 1) HR 2) Payroll 
or 3) Advanced Benefits (OAB); as well as, an understanding of the IT 
organization's systems and capabilities. Analyzes business partner's operations 
to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to 
automate processes and functions. Serves as an integral participant in the 
business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.  
Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for 
the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.  Educates the 
IT organization on the direction of the business. Negotiates agreements and 
commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from 
initial requirements to final implementation. Possesses a broad understanding 
of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring appropriate solutions 
to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. Makes 
recommendations for buy vs. build decision.
 
WORK EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES


- 6 or more years of relevant technical or business work experience with Oracle 
HCM 11.5.9 or 11.5.10.
- Requires technical and business knowledge in Oracle HCM.
 
EDUCATION GUIDELINES


- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business 
Administration or other related discipline. Or equivalent work experience.

Advanced professional level role.  Works with business partners within one or 
more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. 
 Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of one or more business areas to resolve 
complex and varied problems through integrated solutions within a broad 
technical and business context of significant impact.  Supports several 
moderately to highly complex business processes.  Recognized as an expert 
internally within a discipline(s) and may provide strategic direction, guidance 
and integration of products and services.  Works on multiple projects as a 
project team member, and occasionally as a project team leader. May coach 
and/or mentor more junior staff.
