REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE a.. Minimum 5 years' experience working in operations environments. In particular, experience in banking and finance sector. b.. Strong all around technical background in; a.. Cisco networking - LAN & WAN CCNP minimum b.. Security infrastructure c.. MS-Windows d.. Unix e.. Management Systems f.. VMware c.. Experience with ITIL process MOW for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration management tasks (Analysis, Execution). d.. ITIL v3 e.. Knowledge of project management f..
