Stellant Upgrade /BPEL Conversion: They would like to find 1 person that
can handle the Stellant & BPEL work but they will be ok hiring 2 people, 1
to do Stellant and the other to do BPEL.

Government project so Candidates MUST be able to pass EXTENSIVE background
check

  This project includes creation of a development environment with IPM 7.7
  installed, using NetApp for document storage, conversion and migration
  of documents from .tif on a WORM drive to .pdf on the NetApp drives and
  using IPM workflow templates to replicate existing workflow
  functionality in BPEL.
  The current workflow accepts purchase order invoices and non-purchase
  order invoices via email and from scanners, routes the invoices to the
  appropriate expediters, interfaces with Oracle Payables to update the
  Stellent meta data, puts some invoices on hold until the hold is
  cleared, emails appropriate people of hold status, then releases the
  holds.

The consultant will work with functional and technical staff in various
levels of the organization to assess, evaluate and arrive at the following
services and deliverables:
  Work with in-house infrastructure staff to build and upgrade an IPM 7.7
  development environment. Result would be to have in-house staff able to
  perform production upgrade independently.
  Work with in-house infrastructure staff to determine optimum method for
  converting .tif documents on current WORM drive to .pdf documents on
  Network Appliance drives with minimal production downtime.  How is meta
  data on Stellent database updated?  What tool should be used?  Can it be
  done on production environment before upgrade?
   Develop recommendation on method to secure documents on Network
  Appliance drives to protect against updates.
  Develop recommendations on most effective ways to store documents to
  take least number of bytes, including documents to be converted.
  Documents must continue to be easily accessible in a timely manner.
