A Bachelor's Degree in a related area with at least two (2) years of specific MOSS 2007 experience may be substituted for the four (4) years of experience. 1.2 Be a self-starter who is experienced with both small and large teams. 1.3 Possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. 1.4 Possess the ability to communicate with clients at multiple levels and from diverse ethnicities. 1.5 Consultant must have the capability to perform the functions described in Section 15, Scope of Work. 2. PROJECT SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED 3.1 Visual Studio 2008; 3.2 MS Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 application development; 3.3 .NET Framework to include .NET 2.0 and APS.NET 2.0; 3.4 C#, XML, HTML, Transact Structured Query Language (T-SQL) programming languages; 3.5 Structured Query Language (SQL); 3.6 Database Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) implementations; and 3.7 MS SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. 4.
