Duration: 6 months + Location: Milwaukee, WI - (Locals Preferred Max rate: up to $50/hour on W2 Assignment Description: Job Summary Identifies and communicates problems and recommends constructive solutions and actions. Additional leadership responsibilities may be required depending upon the experience of the individual. Additional responsibilities may include developing or assisting in developing work plans and estimates for information systems projects, ensuring adherence to standards relative to the technical aspects of assigned projects. Areas of technical guidance may include, but are not limited to, current operating standards, development methodologies, documentation standards, programming languages, user interfaces, event modeling, estimating work effort, and adherence to work plans. Researches, analyzes, and documents selected elements of assigned information systems projects at a level that is appropriate based on skills of individual. Designs, tests, and codes computer programs and prepares them for complete operational status. Aids in the preparation of user procedures and conducts training and implementation sessions. Prepares test data, schedules, and conversion procedures, and tests the operation of computer systems. Evaluates and estimates requested program modifications. Reports status and progress of assigned projects to management. Skills: Data Warehousing Concepts This position requires strong Systems Analyst skills including testing, performance testing and report specification development. Leadership and coordination experience required along with strong communication skills. SAP CRM, BW and BOXI experience required. HP Quality Center and LoadRunner experience strongly desired.
