Job title : DB2 DBA. Bill Rate - $43/hr* *Location - Jersey City, NJ Duration : 6 months* Description - We’re looking for an independent yet team-oriented, customer-oriented, enthusiastic Senior Database Administrator (6 years + experience) to join DBA team. DBA work experience and knowledge of DB2 / zOS platform. One other open systems platforms such as ORACLE/UDB/Sybase is a plus. Knowledge of ETL tools such as AbInitio and DataStage is also a plus. The applicant should be able to perform database administration duties including software installation, patching, backup and recovery, performance tuning, monitoring and DR participation. In addition, the applicant may be asked to perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
