Description: Demands from the Enterprise Financial Systems group for new and modified UM Reports reports exceed the Office of Information Technology's (OIT) Information Management Systems' (IMS) current development capacity. In order to meet these demands as well as those of the Academic Support Resources (ASR) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) groups, IMS needs to bring on a consultant for an average of 40 hours per week. The consultant filling this contract will be expected to: . Develop or modify technical designs for requested reports, working from functional designs provided by OIT/Administrative Application Systems (AAS) business analysts. . Build appropriate stored procedures in SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle database queries which provide report content to implement technical design specifications. . Implement technical design specifications through entries in tables via SQL Server Management Studio which create and configure report pages for a data-driven reporting website. . Develop, exercise and document test plans to ensure developed code meets specifications. . Follow Office of Information Technology development methodology and practices.
