Job Description 1) Strong 3+ years experience working with Silk Performer & 2+ years working with Load Runner. 2) 2+ yrs working on Java/ CORBA/ C/C++/ VB. 3) Proven experience working with MQ 4) Strong Unix skills including Unix scripting. 5) Experience working with RDBMS: DB2/ Oracle. Informix is a plus. 6) Experience tuning Webserver [Web Sphere, Web Logic] a big plus. 7) Experience preparing/ executing performance test for complex distributed applications [II tier/ III tier applications] 8) Strong analytical & communication skills 9) Experience working in Telecom Industry a big plus. 10) Team player/ self motivator/ multitasking/ works with minimal supervision.
