People who have Java EE experience as their only exposure to OO, especially in slower-moving IT organizations are likely to be rejected without a phone screen. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Local candidates only. Experience in an Agile environment with SCRUM development REQUIRED. Will work on teams of 8-10 and participate in a 'Daily Scrum'.
