EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED 9.1 Consultant should have a working knowledge of the following: 9.1.1 Routers; 9.1.2 Switches; 9.1.3 Subnet masking; 9.1.4 Virtual private networking; 9.1.5 Protocol analyzers; 9.1.6 Multiplexers; 9.1.7 DSU/CSUs; 9.1.8 Modems; 9.1.9 Communications test equipment/software; and 9.1.10 Wiring and cable standards. 9.2 Consultant must also possess a valid US driver's license for travel. 10. PROJECT SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Consultant must have experience with: 10.1 Installing/configuring IBM serial WAN cards; 10.2 Configuring Cisco 2800 and 7800 series routers, including securing routers and connectivity; and 10.3 Setting up T1 circuit multi-links.
