The BI Analyst who was supposed to start on Monday is not starting. I need additional resumes asap. Any time we have back outs and we have had several lately it costs us a lot of money and hurts relationships. If your consultant is accepted and commits to project, expectation is they will start. If your company and your consultant cannot make a commitment to relocation and actual start, please do not submit. Rate is 40.00, location is Marshall, MN This person is working on phase 1 of a project called "Wow." The entire Wow project is scheduled to last 1.5 years. This project is part of Home Services and some of are other consultants are working on it. The project involves changing how Schwan's services their customers. They are trying to deliver to customers when the customer want its and how the customer wants it. Need a BA with very good communications skills. This person will be doing a lot of requirements work, modeling, mapping, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing. This person must have BI experience. They also need to have some Business Objects experience. Some of the work they do will invoice legacy reports that are moving from Cognos to Business Objects. They installed the latest version of Business Objects in October (I believe its version 11.x or whatever is the latest) Would prefer a local candidate, as people from out of state have burned us..I will only use candidates that are your employees, no layers. Please make sure and do a thorough screening prior to sending to me to include: Need strong communicators with good interpersonal skills. Not only able to understand orally but someone who has social skills and doesn't keep talking and talking....also needs to be strong in writing as they will do some documentation Need someone that can start next week Must be ok with Marshall, MN location and be aware where it is/size.
