MUST HAVE HANDS on EXP with Ad-Sales system. Dave's group runs all ad sales for DCI and this system is being revamped. Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of project lifecycle with a primary focus on business analysis, business design, and quality assurance testing. Prepare detailed application specifications based on business requirements. Plan and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Plans, documents, and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Uses Skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requirements: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Knowledge of full life cycle system development methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills. Able to properly prioritize tasks and manage time accordingly. Experience in a system support or analysis role required. Experience in application testing (quality assurance) required. Strong competencies in Lotus Notes, Visio, and MS Project. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ideal candidate will have experience with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of Use Case development necessary. Understanding of the Cable/Network industry is preferred.
