NOTE: NEED TO BE LOCAL TO NJ. As a member of the development team, the Java/J2EE Developer/Analyst will perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications. The Java/J2EE Developer/Analyst will assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation; build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Java/J2EE (Core java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) technologies. 3 Years in WebLogic development (WebLogic Server, Workshop minimum, Weblogic Controls) 2 Years of experience web services development and application integration Hands-on experience in XML technologies (XML Beans, XSLT). Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (VC++, C#/.NET) is highly preferred. Experience in working in small development teams Experience in Agile development methodologies. Good problem solving and analytical skills are required. Strong design and documentation skills are required.
