Job Title: System Architect, Principal Job Location: Paramus, NJ Job Duration: 7 Months Client: Logistics Rate: TBD Platform: Client Server Explanation for Position: Lead Siebel configuration with EXPERT LEVEL in SIEBEL 8.1.1.2 Configuration and Work flow, EAI, EIM, and also with expert level skill in Java and Web service implementation. Candidate will be expected to lead development efforts on Siebel Sales applications including full HANDS ON WORK as well as expert level analysis and design. Current application uses Siebel Sales 8.1 modules for accounts, opportunities, activities, contacts, attachments, projects, 6 external interfaces and also Lead management functionality utilizing List Import and Management modules, Campaign modules, Smart Scripts, Charts, use of EBC. Candidate also needs experience with "CRM Desktop for MS Outlook" and "PIM SYNC" Siebel Mobility and Siebel/Outlook Calendar synchronization. Details of Position: Technical configuration lead for a Siebel 8.1 Sales application deployed to 9000 users globally including 7000 remote users and 2000 connected users. User roles and responsibilities include high level VP level managers down to Account executives and Telesales resources. This is a small team and the Candidate will be expected to be a VERY HANDS ON lead developer also performing analysis and design as a major part of his/her responsibility. Candidate must be able to provide multiple design approaches and determine the best implementation strategies. Experience with Siebel LEAD MANAGEMENT implementations is also required. Management Skills: FLUENT ENGLISH AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (oral and written) including communication with BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT as well as Technical Resources IS A MUST. Ability to drive strategy and design walkthroughs, provide suggestions and alternative approaches, lead detailed design and subsequent development along with actual hands-on implementation. Resource should also be adept at system and design documentation. Fluent verbal English skills are required.
