A Sr developer that knows how the framework works and performs, who can participate in design and architecture of new modules to system. Should have experience in RUP, UML, Enterprise Library within Microsoft and how it works. Candidates who wish to be submitted must complete a ProveIt quiz in UML, ASP.Net, C# and SQL SVR 2005. I will set this up for the candidates Main skill set Required: UML, C#, Framework, Design. a.. Applications that manage client portfolios. b.. Application is written in .Net, C# and both SQL and Oracle. c.. Uses Microsoft Reporting services. d.. Customer will be moving to .Net framework 3.5. e.. Development of new modules for Financial Planning system. Responsibilities: a.. Perform system architecture/system design - allocation of requirements to system components/applications, identification of common components, define system interfaces, definition of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, availability, quality, reliability, maintainability, security, hardware, recovery, etc) b.. Document system architecture/system design (System Requirements Specification, System Design Document, System Interface Specification) c.. Participate as a required member of design reviews d.. Analyze Business Requirements and convert to S/W Specifications. e.. Use Case Analysis and realization f.. Identifying design mechanisms and elements g.. Creates all architectural and design artifacts for developers h.. Ability to present solutions to management i.. Ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 Developers. j.. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of software packages. k.. Analytical and problem solving ability. l.. Ability to work well under time/deadline pressure. m.. QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Min of 7 years experience, last 2 years with team lead experience. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of Architectural and design skills required Experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology. Very good Object-Oriented Analysis and Design techniques using UML.
