Senior techno-functional HR resource for This resource need to also pick up usage of Cognos and provide solutions in datawarehouse/Cognos/Oracle/Sharepoint. This person should not be mentally tied to oracle apps. He/She should be able to leverage all available (or) new software to better HR processes.
