Technical Skills: * Experience in BI QA( Business Intelligence QA) * Good understanding of data warehouse concepts. * Good understanding of requirements, and technical experience with databases and data warehousing concept. * Experience in managing a group of QA Analysts. * Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Business Objects. * Must be able to translate the requirements or Business logic to the ETL design. * Able to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities. * Should have exposure to any of the ETL tools like Informatics / Data Stage. * Hand on experience in writing sql queries and shell scripts. * Exposure to the defect tracking tools and understanding of the test and defect life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process * Good coordination skills and flexibility in terms of working hours in meeting aggressive delivery timelines. * Should be able to communicate fluently with the project team on the defects and help resolve them. * Ability to guide the team and help fill in the Technical gaps. * Must have previous exposure to Renewals and Service Contracts. * Strong organization and problem solving skills. * Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently. * Ability to communicate fluently with business users, technical people, and management across the organization. * Good understanding with ability to quickly grasp business requirements Thanks Dinesh Valiantica, Inc. 7246 Sharon Drive Suite # I San Jose, CA 95129 o: 408-693-3146 [email protected] f: 408-580-8548 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT provider" group.
