They will need to be an expert with biz objects and have a very strong understanding of Oracle too. They do not know if this problem is coming from their DB or something else. So, they will be trouble shooting at first to isolate the problem. Once they have identified the problem they will need to design and develop a "new reporting universe" in biz objects. Once this has been completed they will spend time with Judy's team to conduct knowledge transfer on what they have created.
