The candidate must have 5+ years experience with core Java and Web based enterprise application development. The candidate must have strong background OO concepts and software design patterns. The candidate must have strong experience of developing web based applications in JBoss/Spring MVC, Hibernate, XML & JDBC. Strong knowledge of databases is desirable. It is also desirable to have experienced in RIA (Rich Internet Application) such as Open Lazlo and Adobe Flex. The candidate must have hands on experience with technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, Servlets, WebDAV, LDAP, Jasper, SQL, JavaScript, JSP, Eclipse, Cruise Control and Microsoft Cluster Environments. The candidate will be responsible for developing high quality software based on best practices in the software industry. Duties may include research, evaluation, development and application of new processes and methods for current and future products. The candidate should have good communication verbal and written communication skills and should be able to work in a team environment. Candidate must also be able to develop, mentor and coach others as needed. Supports business applications and systems by investigating, designing and implementing new hardware and software solutions.
