Most of the candidates have been day-to-day build administrators, not strategic CM architects who re-engineered an enterprise's code promotion processes. That is the task that the client is looking for here; they are looking to improve their enterprise build farm strategy, not just push builds for an individual application. Some of the candidates have long experience with build administration, but they are not necessarily strategic. They just had many years at the same task.
