Location : Hoboken NJ Duration: Longterm Rate: Competitive JOB SPECIFICATION: Onsite coordinator/ technical lead responsible for all deliverables in Java/J2EE tracks: Production support – resolve all critical production issues. Perform initial analysis for all high priority issues. Coordination with offshore team for production support and maintenance change requests. Develop high level design specifications based on detailed business requirements. Perform code reviews and test results reviews Deploy applications in Non production environments and assist engineering team in production deployment. Provide support for infrastructure activities Assist PM in system planning, scheduling and implementation; Mentor junior members of team in design, code reviews and issue resolution. TECHNICAL SKILLS OR REQUIREMENTS: 7 – 8 years of industry experience in Java/J2EE (Core java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) technologies. 5 Years in WebLogic Portal development (WebLogic Server, Workshop minimum, Weblogic Controls, Portal page creation, Content Management, Portal Administration console) Experience in web services development and XML technologies Experience in leading teams in Onsite-offshore model Good problem solving and analytical skills are required. Strong design and documentation skills are required. Strong verbal communication skills are required.
