SAP FICO Lead consultant Chicago,IL Duration:5 months Pay rate:$95+expenses Required Skills: -SAP (FI) : General Ledger (GL) (New) - 5 years experience, 3 implementations -SAP (FI) : Accounts Receivable (AR) - 5 years experience, 3 implementations -SAP (FI) : Accounts Payable (AP) - 5 years experience, 3 implementations -SAP (FI) : Asset Management (AM) - 3 years experience, 1 implemetation *Pre-Qualifying questions that must be answered before submitting: -Do you have exposure to professional services industry? -Do you have Global SAP implementation experience?* Minimum of 5 years SAP FI experience, with specific expertise in statutory requirement gathering, analysis and configuration • Good understanding of local GAAP in at least three of the following countries: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Hungary, Egypt, Sweden, Switzerland & Belgium • FICO consultant with broad knowledge of MM and SD • Multiple global implementation/rollout experience • ECC 6.0 experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support 3+ full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support • Experience with cash accounting and intercomapny billing preferred • Experience leading small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees) • Previous work experience within a Management or IT consulting firm Bachelors Degree Functional Skills Effectively promote process best practices Clearly distinct between management and statutory requirements Excellent client interaction skills Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy Deliverables: Country specific statuory requirement gathering and gap analysis.Translate statutory requirements into configuration and reporting in ECC 6.0. Unit and integration testing of the solution and creating relevant testscripts. Configuration documetation and knowledge transfer of the application.
