Location:Houston,TX Duration:3 months *Requisition Name *** *Livelink System Administrator *** Description *Key Deliverables: * Actively manages our Livelink environments, monitors the systems and resolves issues, makes recommendations to improve system stability and configuration. Handles system trouble tickets, and works with other IT staff to reach appropriate resolutions. Reviews, documents and updates inventory of installed OpenText Livelink modules and patches. Reviews, documents and updates inventory of Custom modules and other related components. *Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: * Opentext Livelink 9.7.x platform including core and optional modules including third party modules Brava and ActiveView. Thorough understanding of in the installation and maintenance of the entire product implementation including any optional and custom modules. Ability to determine how custom modules, reports and workflows are being used. Ability to review customized reports and workflow and trace their activities. Ability to read and understand OScript and how it is used in workflows and other customizations in the environment. *Personal Attributes:* Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to take high level direction and execute at a detailed level within Livelink environment.
