Experience working with a distributed delivery model is a plus. *** Complexity/Problem Solving: Client requires extensive customization to this module, which already has a good deal of customization. It is necessary that this person can anticipate the impact of requested changes and alert the project team of any anticipated issues or adverse effects. Must understand business processes sufficiently to make appropriate suggestions and posing alternatives. *** Complexity/Problem Solving: Responsible for estimating development objects and managing to those estimates in the timeline required.
