This group certifies that the "Data Pipeline" of an application through the IBM infrastructure is set-up correctly and functional. They are not testing for functionality of the service/application, they are certifying that the system is set up correctly on the infrastructure. They will also be doing some troubleshooting and triage for any infrastructure issues related to individual applications.
