Here we have 8 positions Title: Java Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Local resources ONLY) Duration: 6-months open-ended (18 months of work) Pay: $50/Hr. Description: Need to find people with extensive experience in Spring, Log4j, Hibernate, Junit and a good background in multi-threaded environments. This group does over a billion transactions monthly, so someone that is in that type of environment or has worked in that type of environment in the past is ideal. They need to be able to speak to a specific SOA and not just say developing in an SOA environment, be specific. Agile is the environment so comm skills are extremely important. 6 yrs minimum Java development is a must and they have to have decent job history, a ton of 3 and 6 month contracts will not work. Good developers stay on project for a 1 year or more, a few short contracts here or there is ok, but not the entire work history. If more than 50% of their development is front end, move to the next person, NOT A FIT, there are no buttons or graphics in this group to work on. *This is pure JAVA, not J2EE, there is a difference.* *Automated testing (junit) experience required.* Great communication required.
