Job Title: Program Manager Location: Santa Ana, CA Duration: Full Time *Job Description: * * * *GENERAL SUMMARY:* The PM is responsible for managing client relationships at the executive level and will have operational oversight for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The PM works together with Sales, Professional Services and Delivery. The PM will be responsible for a set of single account (s) or a large account. This position requires an individual who possesses a unique blend of consulting delivery, business development and leadership skills. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Key responsibilities within the assigned account scope: · Building "trusted advisor" relationships with 1-3 large customers by solving their business and technology problems. · Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to production and internal project teams; negotiate and resolve high level client issues · Identify decision makers and influencers within a complex client organizational structure · In addition to program leadership, take on discrete strategy projects and deliver innovative strategies and tactics to drive growth and operational efficiency · Assemble and guide cross-functional teams through complex projects and work streams. · Deliver executive level updates and tracking metrics, highlight key project risks and recommend risk mitigation plans. · Advise regional executives on key strategic challenges and opportunities. · Oversee and participate in the development of complex analytics · Client delivery assurance – assuring the client of the commitment and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with Delivery Unit. Deliver high quality projects on schedule while consistently exceeding executive expectations. · Provide necessary input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors. *Specialized Knowledge and Skills:* · 15+ years in the high-tech industry driving major programs from strategy development through execution. · Strong Data Center Background · Must have experience of IT outsourcing · Should have a fair knowledge of DC migration strategies · Minimum of 10 years leading major programs and projects for Global 1000 companies; experience at a top consulting firm a strong plus. · Proven success leading high performance teams and complex programs · Strong track record of achieving results in distributed/virtual teams · Experience leading/facilitating complex workshops with tangible results · Strong executive level presentation and communication skills · Collaborative player who can effectively influence others at all levels. *Experience:* Bachelor degree in a technical field and advanced university degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, ). *Typically 15+ years of applicable IT experience handling complex IT projects, Datacenter experience and exposure to outsourcing.* *Working Conditions:* General office environment, frequently working within tight deadlines. Some levels of stress may occur. Readiness to travel up to 70%; travelling 4-5 days a week, home on some weekends based on whether the project work is in US or outside.
