Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc . Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus. CMDB Experience is highly desired. Remedy Server Administration– ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Distributed Server Option configuration, Log Analysis Remedy Application Enhancements – Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects *Qualifications: * 4 to 8 years of experience in programming & software development, of which 3 years is around the Remedy ARS platform.
