Location : Frederick, MD Duration : 6 Months *Essential Responsibilities* Meets with end users to determine system needs and assists in managing processes from origination to project completion, including conceptual design, functional specification, testing and implementation. Develops programming specifications from business requirements in consultation with end users. Document s end user requirements and gains approval prior to proceeding with development efforts. Analyzes gaps in business processes and formulates short term and long-term solutions to ensure support of company goals and objectives. Defines business requirements, coordinates resources, monitors timelines, and performs company and project planning. Partners with business leads, (external vendors, consultants, and other IT team members) quality leads etc. in designing solution prototypes, addressing system issues and managing any changes to any appropriate mobile and web based applications.
